TRADITIONAL JAPANESE DESSERT HOUSE; YUKI NO HANA

JAPANESE CULTURE & JAPANESE DESSERTS!

Japanese culture is all about the desserts and the ideas behind them. Food is very important in Japanese culture, however desserts are given even more importance.

In Japanese culture they associate sweets with different holidays, and it is part of their celebrations. Someone coming from abroad might find this a bit odd, and think what is so special about it? The reason behind giving desserts so much importance is that they play a major role in the history of Japan.

A sweet tooth in Japan would be quite different to anywhere else in the world. Japanese desserts are very creative and come up with unique ideas.

Yuki no hana is a Japanese stall, located in Global Village in between the Bahrain and Lebanon pavilion. It is a must try and it includes a variety of different desserts.

The one i tried was a vanilla ice cre

am, with a red cone and a ring of cotton candy to surround it. I had never seen a dessert like this and it caught my eye immediately! This was a completely new concept. The vanilla ice cream was authentic and tasted just like the ones in Japan, as they said and I totally agree. The creamy rich flavors of this vanilla ice cream could only come from there.

I would definitely recommend this and go back to eat it and try a new dish.
