About Moti Roti:

Moti Roti has the proper, authentic Pakistani food. The kind of food that you would expect a Pakistani to eat at home everyday. They have the authentic, wholesome, handmade rotis. Delicate, aromatic spices. Refreshing chutneys and pickles. All coming from mom's recipe books pages. All the ingredients are what you'll find in her kitchen.

The origin of Moti Roti is from Lahore and it is Punjabi, you can tell this by their menu.

Moti Roti only does deliveries, however they have food trucks in special events. The one i tried was from #TruckersDXB in the Burj Park.

The Food/ Menu:

They have the original authentic taste of Pakistan in here, however the food truck was limited and mainly kept famous delicious food and some street food that you can normally find on the streets of Pakistan.

On the side is a picture of their menu. Masala fries, Mango Lassi and the truck driver's tea (Chai) are very common in Pakistan and every Pakistani has tried it once in their life! They are easily available anywhere in Pakistan, especially the truck driver's tea!

All their food in general is known for it's home style flavors and that's why they say it comes from "Mum's Kitchen."

Masala fries are authentic in Pakistan because "masala" is very common and is put in nearly all Pakistani dishes, because they love spices! Pakistan is known to have spicy food and that is part of their culture. In Lahore it's quite normal to find masala fries on the street and that's why it's known to be Lahore's most common street food.

Below is a picture of the Masala fries that we tried, gives you a taste of Pakistan and makes you remember the amazing street food they have there!

We also tried the mango Lassi. Lassi is a sweet or savory Pakistani drink, made from Yoghurt. Serving mango lassi is very common in their culture, it is usually served when there is a reason to celebrate and sometimes casually on the streets of Pakistan! It's a must to try it, to get the real flavors of Pakistan. Mangoes are one of Pakistan's most famous fruits and Pakistan is one of the best producers of Mangoes, and my favorite producer of mangoes for sure!
